Yellow Ribbon, which advocates second chances for inmates and ex-offenders, is staging a concert on Oct 17 at The Star Performing Arts Centre, as part of the 20th anniversary of the Yellow Ribbon Project.
The event will feature performances from the likes of Tanya Chua, Taufik Batisah, Joanna Dong, Shazza, Aisyah Aziz, Benjamin Kheng, Hady Mirza, Suthasini, Mark Lee and Marcus Chin.
Attendees can also look forward to musical performances from Beautiful Minds Charity Orchestra, SMU Choir, Yellow Ribbon Performing Arts Centre Alumni and ex-offenders who are contributing back to society.
For a chance to win a pair of tickets to the concert, fans will need to fill up this form and answer the question “What does the Yellow Ribbon Project mean to you?”
Afterwards, they’ll have to like the contest post on Yellow Ribbon’s social media pages and follow the organisation on either TikTok, Facebook or Instagram. Those who give the best answers will be contacted via email.
As part of its 20th anniversary this year, Yellow Ribbon Project has held a myriad events including a roving art truck exhibition across Singapore showcasing over 40 artworks produced by inmates and ex-offenders.
